Talked to the lady at the counter and she said oh, I will have our person who knows utility shells come see you. I waited, and waited, and waited. And mind you I was right by the counter, you couldn't miss me however I was completely ignored after that. I watched a few unhappy customers come and go and that is when I left. I figured even if they did eventually help me, their work might be poor based on their customer service.
