I first started with some pricing on tires on the phone and I got Nick. (Who I researched ended up being the Store Manager, but I thought was just a customer rep. @ Firestone)  Nick was awesome and gave me great information and was very kind and polite.  I received 5 star service, and even passing their closing time, they managed to fix my car and get me back to my vacation.  I really feel that the Firestone in North Highlands has a great crew and manager.  I am 100 percent satisfied and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!","rating":5,"date_published":"2011-26-06"}]}
