> Worst experience out of 5 estimates. This place is the only one that charged money for the estimate and the only one that can't seem to figure it out. They refuse to give the estimate or my money back. Save yourself the problems the money and the worst customer service in North Hills

> I needed a bit of bamboo flooring to rebuild a closet.  I took in some of the old flooring to match and I found a pretty close match.  I bought a case and they carried it out to the car for me (yeah!).  Then when I got home and was preparing to install it I noticed that it was NOT the color that was on display in the store.  I had to finish in the next 24 hours, so taking it back was not an option.  Plus they charge a 10% restocking fee.  Always check the product multiple times before you sign on the dotted line.
