RUN! RUN! I also moved in at the end of 2012 and I'm regretting it from the beginning. The apartment managers are all smiles and have a polite look to them, but so unprofessional. Problems: 1. When we first moved in, we kept finding roaches. 2. Kids are always running like crazy, screaming out bad words and shooting bb guns at each other. 3. My A/C only works when it's cold outside. 4. My garbage disposal only worked for a month & it broke down. 5. It's almost impossible to get them to do any repairs ...takes months but only with threats. 6. Oh, & forget about getting a rent receipt the day you turn in your rent money. 7. You can also smell the stench of \"pot\"...so embarrassing when people visit. I have a list of other issues but I really hope that you DO RUN! I moved here because I didn't want to live around the Watts area, but I think I rather go back.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-02-05"}]}
