I went through so many dentist prior to finding her and judging by personal experience, there are a lot of dishonest dentist out there. Some go as far as finding problems that don't exist in order to bill your insurance. Dr. Acevedo is completely different. She is extremely honest and care about her patients & profession. When you go in for your 6 month cleaning, she is the one who will be cleaning your teeth, NOT her assistant like in most places.She spends time with her patients and explain everything with details. Trust me, if she dealt with me, she can deal with anybody. I am the most difficult patient I know. For me, finding a knowledgeable and patience dentist is very important. I only like 1st class treatment since I am paying. =) .. I was driving from Torrance to North Hollywood just to go see her. I just move to NJ, so the next dentist I get will have very large shoes to fill. She is irreplaceable.I was her patient for 7 years.","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-07-04"}]}
