The staff response is quick and attentive. Most urgent care facilities I've seen have bordered on frightening but not Exer. The clinic is clean and bright and very comfortable. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Although no one really wants to have to go to Urgent Care this was really a very pleasant experience! They even gave me my prescription right there before I left so I didn't have to stop at the drugstore on the way home.
