With Leo and Rooters on Time I got that and a whole lot more. They took me through the process one step at a time, carefully explaining what they were doing and why. They told me my options along the way. All the employees were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything after they were done and completed the job at a fair price without any unexpected "surprises". They even included threw in a minor fix as a favor while they were working on the bigger project.I don't know what more you can ask for of a plumber. I heartily recommend this company and am glad I found them for my project. After getting 3 other estimates from different plumbing companies, Leo gave me the best price and the best solution. My water pipes got repaired in 4 hours and I was able to use my water again. Dont call any other plumbing company thats gonna want to rip up your whole house. Leo sent his technician over to diagnose a problem that I had a quote for $3500 to repair. His plumber went under my house and came out 20 minutes later with his camera and pictures of my drain pipes. They gave me 2 options to fix my problem. I picked the expensive one which was $800 and got rid of my plumbing problem. Thanks Rooters on time for saving me $2700. I recommend this company 100%.
