Everyone there is serious about their work out.  It actually looks like a warehouse for weight training when you walk in.  They also have plenty of cardio machines along with boxing bags to get your heart moving.  The owners are absolutely amazing and they sincerely want you to succeed at your goal whether it's to get fit, stay toned or prepare for competition.
