I had an outdated tub and sink, which looked terrible! I was always so embarrassed by my tub and I wanted to get glass shower doors, but I figured that I would need a new tub first. Protub refinished my tub and now it looks amazing! I love the color and it looks so modern. I hired them to reglaze my tub, shower floor, and vanity and sink. Once I saw the results and called to complain that the surfaces were not smooth but sandy, and thought they should also see, they stopped communication. I called at least 10 times and left messages, they did not return. I then had to pay someone to come in and fix their mess, the next company said they didn't use the proper material, and that's why the tub or sinks etc. didn't look anything like enamel but a rough surface instead. This new job looks beautiful...theirs horrible. You were very thorough in your prepwork, explaining and did an incredible job of stripping and reglazing. But thats not enough. Protub was able to help us with ideas and hardware on remaining plumbing issues and certainly thought out of the box. A wonderful job thanks!
