I made another call too them, asking if there was anything at all within the hours requested they could provide and the same operator I had been working with stated he was currently trying to procure someone and would phone back by 3pm (an hour from time of call). It is now 4 days later and I'm still awaiting the return call","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-15-01"}]}
