I approached him and questioned him on some options I could do. From the start I was impressed and decided to let Christopher handle my challenges. He was able to do all that he promised. One of the first things Christopher did was to have the entire property photographed inside and out with 360 circle shots. He then listed our property with several local and out of state sites to get us maximum exposure. In fact our first offer was a buyer from Texas. We had a first and a second mortgage and Christopher was able to successfully negotiate the short sale with both lenders. Over the eight and one half month process we actually had two other offers that fell through and Christopher was able to get the lenders to extend their short sale approvals more than once. Before we listed we looked at several brokers and Christopher was able to convince us he had the experience we needed to complete the short sale.
