> I opened an account on the 22nd of the month. I paid my bill late on the 28th. I expected my service to start up from that date. But they are shutting my service off on the 22nd. I expected to get a months service from the 28th. Customer service told me i needed to "request" a new anniversary date to get my months service. They told me i could change my anniversary date for a fee of 17 dollars and 1 cent. What a joke ! Im switching back to Boost Mobile......

> After 62 years of living, The longest wait EVER to simply pay my phone bill happened at this METRO PCS in Oceanside. No less than 4 customers waited in patiently in line for...get this well, close to a HALF HOUR, with only one rep working thru this entire period...BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER PROVIDED...AVOID THIS PLACE AT EVERY CHANCE!!!
