> Staff and company are horrible and have no integrity,intelligence, or education. Illegal morons who didn't even achieve a high school education. For a late payment, they called people I had listed for emergency contact and told them my financial business, as if a late payment constitutes an emergency call. Additionally, someone dropped off a payment for me and Fast Auto Loans shared every single detail of my personal account with this person, showing them my paperwork and transaction history in full detail with no permission from me. In addition to illegal activities like this, not one single staff member can hold a conversation - they will NOT listen and talk down to the caller. At first I thought they were being degrading to me, but over time I learned they were uneducated morons incapable of distinguishing their a$$es from a hole in the wall. Biggest mistake of my life. Times get hard, we all need money help sometimes. Find a company worth a damn, NOT Fast Auto Loans!!!! Chad and team are worthless, brainless, criminals.
