I cannot put a zero and am forces to add a star.  I purchased a bonded recliner sofa and recliner chair. Within 3 years the bonded leather began to bubble up and tear. We hardly even sat in them. I had purchased additional insurance for them and when I called and sent pictures,  they refused to change them and gave me such a hard time. They have the worst customer service. What a headache.  Ikea furniture lasts longer.  Mathis brothers is a joke. Anthony Loya was helpful without being a pest. He was there answers to our questions and available to contact him when we needed him.
