> Everything was great until I got to the exit.  I reserved a 15 passenger van and got an email saying go straight to the back and bypass the counter to get your van the guys in the back got it for me, when I got to the exit they say you need to go to the counter even though the email said bypassed the counter since I'm an emerald member. So I had to back up the van with my managers and go back inside to get the paperwork and leave. Very disappointed email the right info.
