We had a line through the back yard that was clogging our drain and flooding our yard every time we ran the washer or the kitchen sink. It was a stubborn pipe, but after 3 tries they got it. The Tech/Supervisor was really helpful. Told me what it would cost (195.50) and stuck to that price even though he was here for a very long time getting this cleared. I googled the number for the company, called and one of the plumbers came out that same day. He fixed the back-up and I might add was very thoughtful in not making a mess.
