My car wasn't noticed until Friday morning when I received a call from "Jim" at 7:45am to let me know the diagnostic (which isnt applied toward the repair) was 160$ I explained that I'd never paid that much but needed my car fix and to proceed, he said he would get back to me that afternoon with updates on the car. When I got off at 5PM I called and spoke to Jim again who said my car hadn't been looked at, I asked when it would and he replied Monday. I explained that I was told it would be looked at today and that he effectively lied to me. He explained that it wasnt going to get looked at today because his 'diagnostic guy' wasnt in and that there was no way it could have been diagnosed today. I asked him why he didnt tell me that in the first place and he changed his story to his diagnostic guy was in but too busy, so I called him out for lying again. He told me I need to check my ears, at which point I explained I didn't want his service and that I would be going to another shop, he continued talking smack until I hung up. Saturday at 11:30am the shop called and left a voicemail that said I was going to be charged a late fee since they werent going to be working on my car. I found a ride to the shop (you have to be present for tow) and ordered a tow which arrived by 2:30pm, what Jim failed to mention was they close at 1:30pm on saturday and are closed sunday, I found a new shop and had the car towed Tuesday the 22nd. I was charged 75$ for storage fees when two of those days I was unable to get my car, this place is a scam. My friend also walked into the office as the Owner (also Jim) but says hes a different guy threatened me, at which point I obliged and offered to take it outside at which point he backed down and proceeded to call me a mf'er..Classy Jim, oh, and I'm always down if you ever wanna man up. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **anonymous** - 1/5 > I would never recommend this shop,a friend to me a story about this shop that made me cringe an old man brought his truck in to have a lot of work done and after almost a year without his truck not one thing they did to it was acceptable and they had the nerve to charge him 7300.00 For the work and the truck is not safe to drive now there going to court *10/9/2014 via Direct* --- **anonymous** - 5/5 > I was told I needed a transmission. Waynes automotive diagnosed my car and found that it was fuel injection problem. They repaired it easly and at a much lower price. I looked through the yellow pages and found Wayne's Automotive. Within a few days and ONE trip (not several) my problem was diagnosed and repaired. The pricing was great, the staff was wonderful, and my car has been running GREAT for some time now. I will NEVER go to a auto dealership again. Wayne's Automotive will continue to service/repair my vehicles (wife, kids, and mother) in all current and future problems!
