> 1 hr. ago I was treated with such terrible service, my next step is B.B.B. They deserve to be closed down. I frequent this car wash, and aside from suds being left on the car, which I kindly asked them to re-rinse, which they did, I've gotten pretty good service. That is, until today. I arrived 20 minutes early and cleared my car of any valuables. I was 1st there, so when they decided to open, they got right to my car. I always watch what they do to my car, from beginning to end. As they pulled into the wash bay, the driver jumped out to grab the next car. The guys who were at the ready, the one closest to me, got right at scrubbing the wheels to the side I could see. The guy on the other side was still doing stuff preparing to open. He still didn't have his wash gloves on. He went and turned on the conveyor, and let the car go thru, and proceeded to stand on the other side of the soap shower. I pointed out to him thru the glass, that he hadn't done that side wheels. Immediately he started giving me an ugly face, and I could tell he was cussing me out. I pointed at him as I walked to the cashier to find the manager. I told the manager that they hadn't touched that side of my car's wheels, and the verbal treatment I had just recieved by the washer. He got the guy, who continued to face me down and call me names. The manager made him step back away from us. Then the manager started talking down to me...you don't talk to my workers!!! you talk to me. I told him from that point, I don't want that guy near my car, and the manager wouldn't listen. All of a sudden I was at fault. I only wanted to point out what hadn't been done, but the manager kept yelling at me. he wouldn't even let me speak. he said the car will come out clean, what does it matter if he had or hadn't cleaned the tires. Well it mattered to me. He pointed out the wheels were coming out clean, i said that didn't matter, the job wasn't done properly, buy he wouldn' listen. I told him that maybe i just brought it from another carwash, should they not still do a proper job? I said the buildings windows appear clean, and if he hired someone to wash them, would he let the guy get away with not cleaning them because the guy felt they were clean enough. He couldn't find the correlation. then he said it wasn't the guy who was cussing me out who even cleaned my wheels on the other side, he said it was the driver, all the while yelling at me at the top of his voice. I said NO ONE TOUCHED THAT SIDE. he continued going back and forth with who cleaned that side, and also saying if they look clean they don't wash them! I told him that a company should NEVER talk down to a customer, and the guy who cussed me out should be fired, and he said NEVER! and then he barred me from ever coming back. I asked for the owner's name and phone number, and he refused. He said every time I come, I complain. Not true. If I see something they missed, I have every right to point it out. He said the suds I complained about being on my car last time was wax...I said if not rinsed it will streak...and if the rinse didn't take off the wax, it didn't take off the soap either. He was yelling at me in front of the rest of the customers. I was so imbarrassed. I told him that not only should the other guy be fired, he should be as well. He said he will be the last one who leaves the place. he was always bragging about how long he's been boss...blah blah. I really hope you read this. I gave the guy who finished up my car a 5 dollar tip. He always does a good job, and I pointed this out to the manager, that I notice good work, and I notice bad work, and he was proving my point with every word I couldn't get in edgewise, This is a shameful business, and no one should have to be put thru such humiliation. I was almost to the point of calling the authorities, as I was afraid what he might do next. Again, he would not tell the guy to stay away from my car. He didn't care one bit about the customer. Pathetic service
