> Dr. Ratner is the best oral surgeon in Orange County! He's very skilled, extremely kind and keeps his prices quite a bit lower than some others. My son, daughter and I have all gone to him at one time or another and every experience was very positive. I feel happy to recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.
