I was on hold for a grand total of 48 minutes today, only to be told by a recording that \"there is no one available to answer your call\" or some nonsense like that.  When I called back, I got a recording giving the business hours - and closing time was still 90 minutes away!  My problem all stemmed from being shorted an item in an order that I had waited WEEKS for.  I spend a lot of money on my restoration project.
