> After visiting this business, I can understand the difficulty they have with phone calls, they are very busy. I found their in person service courteous and competent. Their prices are very reasonable and products as good as the competition. If you are displeased with the telephone service try their E-Mail, it worked for me.

> Bar none this place is the worst and should be avoided. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 20 years in the automotive field and car restoration. They have screwed up my orders, screwed me on multiple occasions, and the manager is a complete boo b that has no clue. I doubt that he could find his way out of a paper bag; he is a smug dirtbag even when the customer is being completely professional.

> I'm really kind of fed up with this business.  I was on hold for a grand total of 48 minutes today, only to be told by a recording that "there is no one available to answer your call" or some nonsense like that.  When I called back, I got a recording giving the business hours - and closing time was still 90 minutes away!  My problem all stemmed from being shorted an item in an order that I had waited WEEKS for.  I spend a lot of money on my restoration project.  I'm beginning to think that these people don't want my business.

> My only complaint is that I am on hold with that awful recording telling me how important my call is for approximately 10 minutes.  This is a usual hold time for me and I am calling from a business.  They need a quicker response time.
