> TUSKA cleaners does terrible work!  They Snagged a NEW $120.00 Tommy Bahama Silk shirt in 2 places.  Joe the owner siad he would not do anything about it.  He said what do you expect we are a cheap cleaners.  Like the other person on here siad you ge twhat you pay for.   The people in here are really rude.  Do not take your clothes here unless you don't care about your posessions.   I will have to go to small claims court to get my shirt replaced.

> TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!  I've never in my life experienced such terrible customer service at a dry cleaners.  I decided to give this cleaners a try since it was close to work and realized that was a big mistake when I went to go pick up my clothes this afternoon.  I had brought in many items with minor stains on it and had requested when I dropped off my clothes to have them pre-spot all of my husbands slacks.  After coming back a second time because the first time they creased my husbands pants when I specifically requested NO CREASE!  Then I checked all of his pants and all of the stains were still there!!!  I calmly asked the owner if he could please redo these items since they weren't clean and he said I would have to pay an additional amount for him cleaning it again!!!  I was outraged after he stated that..I thought thats the reason why anyone brings their clothes to a dry cleaners to get your stains out!!!  The owner then yells at me and states he will not clean my clothes again unless I pay extra to remove the stain.  The ridiculous part is that they were small stains!!!  I then asked him why he didn't inform me that they charge extra to remove stains and he has the audacity to tell me that if he informed me when I dropped off my clothes he knew I would have gone elsewhere so he didn't tell me!!!  I was even more outraged to hear this ignorant man make such a ridiculous statement.  I then asked him why he owns a business if he doesn't know the true core meaning of customer service and again he made a ridiculous statement and said so what...it's my business...I'll do whatever I want to...and of course I told him that I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau and dispute this charge!!!!I wouldn't be surprised to see this cleaners go out of business soon!!!
