They came out promptly and uninstalled two appliances for a kitchen remodel that was great. However when they came back to reinstall the appliances the technician found that the refrigerator water line was damaged and could not completely reinstall it. Keep in mind the refrigerator was in perfect working order when they uninstalled the appliance. So instead of taking responsibility for the damage they left without fixing it, have ignored my calls, hung up on me and showed a complete lack of respect and even professionalism. We have since had to hire another appliance company to tell us what is wrong and repair the situation. Just a warning, if you use this company for appliance work & there happens to be damage, they will likely ignore you, not return calls and in general take no ownership of their work.","rating":1,"date_published":"2019-02-10"}]}
