> Where to begin.  He struggles to know how to repair his own installations.  And when he does he will charge by the hour and then claim you owe him nearly 3 times what he quoted.  I would strongly recommend you avoid using him.  He is unreliable and wont repair his own installs and when he finally does his repair was almost as much as the install.
