I have told my friends that this place is disgusting and that I feel bad that my sister has to live here.  When she needs to go to the doctor they can never take her, although they "supposedly" have someone that is supposed to do just that.  I've been told that that person is related to the owner and if she can't get herself out and about then the client has to miss their appointment if they can't find someone else to get them to their appt.  Recently my sister has had a health issue but they don't call my sister's family members to let them know that she needs to go see a doctor and my sister isn't making phone calls because she feels so bad she doesn't get out of bed.  She has dimentia and I believe that the people that run this place and work there are supposed to do more than just hand out meds and feed people in this establishment.  I understand that at the present they are fumigating, for what I don't know, but they are doing that one room at a time.  Who does that?  If it's bad enough to fumigate then why not the whole house????  And, are they washing the bedding after fumigation??  My family will be filing complaints and looking into changing establishments.  Just because someone has mental issues doesn't mean they shouldn't be treated with care & compassion.  So, it is a no star from me and if I could make it minus stars I would!","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-19-08"}]}
