He fakes health issues when he fails to deliver as promised.  He often likes to state that he has been in the hospital when you need him at a job.  He operates under Dr. Drain & Sewer Repair or The Rooter Doctor Inc.  Look at his license history under the CA Contractors State License Board Lic # 935916 and 950201.  If new, it is probably because he has had so many problems with people that he needs to change his identity in order to stay in business.  He also uses his kids names in order to open new licenses.
