> Everytime I've come to this lowes for a home improvement project, the employees have been completely incompetent. Their response to every question has been "I don't know." Not, "let me find someone who is properly trained who can help you with that." Just "I don't know," and walking away. I asked two people, Ed and Milo for help with lighting fixtures. They had terrible, unprofessional attitudes and made it clear they didn't want to help. This has been the consistent customer service I have received from Lowes. I've gotten the impression they will just hire anyone off the street who isn't really knowledgeable. Home Depot has better customer service and cheaper prices.
