> I signed up with this agency and their response to calls/messages is unacceptable.   They say they'll call you back but don't and if you call back and try to leave a message,  you can't because the mailbox is full.  Their moto is to get you working, I'm not impressed.

> I had a problem with them calling me for a position I had not applied for, I applied for another position, and then when I called the person back they did not respond.  Later I applied for another position and they called me and a second later the person told me because of my break in employment that it would be hard to cover the gap to get me a position, and once I told the person my prior experience in detail he was surprised and interested, they hadn't even reviewed my resume or READ IT at all!!! That was after they had already called me and prescreened me and a minute later denied me in a email... Wow! that is when I called and explained my experience and asked for further information as to why I was passed over for that position.
