This company sent a tech right away for me, when the techs arrived they came ready to do the work let me know what needed to be done and assured me all "bugs" and stains would be eliminated. For some reason I had a feeling for the first time in forever I have found a professional company. The tech gave me my price ( I will say this it was a little pricer) before starting the work I gave him the "ok" and he went to do the work.. It took him about two four hours to clean everything I needed cleaned.
