We were impressed with their work during that project though it was supervised by a design company so we were less involved with Baci. In the last month , we decided to complete the kitchen using the same floor tiling while adding a backsplash. We called them directly and found they were excellent to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Their tile craftsman Daniel, did a wonderful job—a real perfectionist and a very hard worker. The project was completed in the time promised. Shanna and Rob (the owners) were efficient and effective in helping us choose the backsplash tile, doing the necessary ordering and scheduling as well as completing the installation. Given the challenges of any porcelain tiling project, I would suggest you go nowhere else!","rating":5,"date_published":"2018-29-03"},{"author_name":"Shanna F.","review_text":"Top rate customer service, expertise, and great prices!
