> These guys are terrible!!!! They are the only people I have worked with who require a contract and lock you in for a year of service before they prove themselves worthy. Be very careful. My technician told me there would be no contract and then wrote in under "Technician Comments" that he was coming 12 months and that was for $36 a month. When I fired them after 5 months of poor results (still had rats and roaches) they insisted I pay the balance of the money owed and now have turned me over to collections. This is an illegal contract and they are not honest people. There are way too many better people who know what they are doing and act with ethics. If you do good work you don't need to hose people into a contract. Your work should speak for itself and people will be happy to pay your for years. Do not use the Bug Guys in Palm Desert Calif. They are bad news.
