My husband called a number out of the phonebook, but the guy wanted to come pick up the TV and check it. Since we didn't like the sound of that we called the manufacturer, and were told that this problem will be covered under an extention of warranty. They gave us a couple numbers to call so we decided to called the local number. We left a message and got a call back within a few hours. We started to tell them the problem with the TV and then THEY TOLD US not to worry and proceeded to explain to us that the TV repair will be fully coverd! That is one honest Company! The other people we called wanted to charge us money to come out and to check, but not these people. Everything went smooth. When our part arrived they took our TV, and 24 hrs later they brought it back plastic wraped and fixed. FIRST CLASS ACT they are. I wish everything was this easy and pleasant in life. THEY HAVE WITHOUT QUESTION GIVEN US THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD! No wonder that the manufacturer has given them such high rating.","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-20-08"}]}
