Wether it's busy or slow (which it rarely is), service has always been fast, pleasant, and accurate. The food is always delicious. I have a feeling that the people who gave it a poor rating wouldn't be happy anywhere. The prices are not ridiculous (it is not $11 for fries like it has been indicated in a previous review). The customer service is excellent. When I was pregnant, I needed a spinach artichoke calzone in my life so we went to BJ's. The calzone spent 30 seconds too long in the oven and my morning sickness couldn't handle it so they took it back, made me a new beautiful one, and gave me FREE tomato bisque soup (which was also delicious) while we waited. The burgers, fries, calzones, salads, sandwiches, bone-in hot wings, strawberry lemonade, root beer, etc. are mouthwatering. It's decor is very upscale and I think one of the best restaurants in Palmdale. I've always found the service good, the food tasty, and the atmosphere great. It wasn't busy at all in the restaurant there were maybe fourty to fifty other people there. We had all put in our orders and later recieved our drinks. The waitress came around maybe twice. When the food came the server handed out the food to everyone, which was cold and then told me "So, we have another California burger, right?". Everyone eaten their food and I was still wating, the waitress had to be hailed down in order for her to stop at the table to see if we were doing okay with our food. I had mentioned that I didn't get my order and she went to go check on it. She comes back and said that they forgot to put the order in and that if I wanted I could wait another fifteen to half hour for it to get ready. I declined and then she offered me some fries instead. I assumed the fries would be free concidering they had forgoten my order. In the end we got the check and found out they had charged me a full order of fries for 11 dollers. My friend who's birthday saw this and takled to the manager and had it removed.
