> I ordered hot chocolate in the drive through this morning.  I was handed 2 coffee cups with hot water in them and 4 packets of Nestle's hot chocolate mix.  Now, come on, people.  I'm in the car.  How am I going to mix hot chocolate while driving?  I could have brought my own hot chocolate mix and just asked for a cup of hot water for less than what I paid for that.  Rediculous!
