> They are rude, overpriced, & have absolutely no customer service skills. Not only did "my " supposed doctor say while I was in the room that he " hates doing Pap smears"! Everything is micro-managed no direct # to any doctor. They're facilities are discusting & what you would normally pay for prescriptions is now doubled!!!! If you want to pay more & be treated like a number then go right ahead!!! DO NOT GET KAISER INSURANCE!!!!
