> I have been taking my BMW to Palo Alto bimmer for the last ten years (basically ever since the factory 4 yr warranty expired). Mike and his team are great. Even though they are crazy busy (just look at the number of cars on their lot any given day) they are always good about assessing the problem and helping me find the BEST solution (not just the easiest or most profitable for them). They understand that owning an older BMW isn't cheap and burdensome so they try to make it as painless as possible with their expertise to solving the problems and charging a very very reasonable rate. They have been in the business of focusing on BMW for 20 years+ I think. They have probably seen every problem under the sun. It's like looking for a doctor. You want someone who has the experience to have done a procedure a million times and still doing it perfectly for you. I see Palo Alto Bimmer as my car doctor. And if it wasn't for them, I would have gotten rid of my car a long long time ago.
