I did this because I had problems with scaring from laser work in D.C. I decided to try electrolysis, and I chose Palo Alto Electrolysis. I did this because of the consultation she gave me, the appearance of her office, how clean and orderly it is, and she did a sample for me of 10 minutes. Electrolysis does feel very different from laser, and I think it's easier. I didn't have any numbing cream on, and I was able to take it. I have just had my third treatment, and the work seems to be progressing quite well. I am a bit red for around one half an hour after words, but she puts some cover up on me, and I am able to go out without feeling uncomfortable. I don't feel any tweezing or pulling, just the heat sensation for a few seconds. She has a blue light that sterilizes the office, and an air purifier. I watch her put the doctor's paper on the treatment table, she washes her hands, puts gloves, mask and her surgical loops on, and then inserts the probe into the machine. I feel she is exceptionally careful and a bit obsessively clean, but I should not complain about that! Excellent place. Very sweet and patient with all of my questions. J. My wife and two girls have also had treatments from Cindy, and tell me she is the best. My girls tried a few others in the surrounding area, and say this is the place for us. She's really comfortable to be around, and I've had very little regrowth on my back area. I would highly recommend going here.
