> I bought a starter through their website (startersalternators.com) and it was defective. Grand Rebuilders told me to send it back to them, which I did the next day.  After 5 weeks of waiting, I contacted them and they said they would send out a starter if I gave them the delivery confirmation of the package, so I scanned and gave them the USPS receipt. Grand Rebuilders has the money I paid for the starter, as well as the starter itself. I also paid for shipping the starter to me, and to send it back to Grand Rebuilders.  It has been about 4 months since they said they would send me a replacement starter, and I have not received anything. They have refused to even respond to a BBB complaint and have a BBB rating of "F."
