Celina doesn't even brush your hair before she dyes it not only that I mentioned to her I am tender headed & yet she is still ruff and pulls on my hair!! I ask for a honey brown blonde hair she's says \"Yes I do for you!\" Turns out my hair is bright orange!! & Celina got the nerve to say it's \"Beautiful the color its Summer!\" What the hell Lady!! Not to mention when she washes your hair out she doesn't even use shampoo or conditioner!!! Smh I was sooo disappointed with how the color came out so I told her \"I don't like it!! I want to tone it down!!\" So she then had to dye my hair again by adding a brown color to it to tone it down!! My poor hair!!
