Very professional and nice people. I took my 7yr old to cut her hair.. she is very special when it comes to people touching her hair and instead of the usual tantrums she gets, I was suprise when they actually let her hair get cut and styled. Ladies made her feel comfterable enough to let them work on her hair. I also got my hair worked on and love the results. Everyone was so polite and made me feel like if I been going there for a long time. I already have my appt for my extension. Yay!! I went in to dye my hair jet black & the girl was very sweet but she put a brown hair dye on my jet black hair. I was interested in getting my extensions done with her as well. Not only were they expensive she said they were 320! Best quality hair. Point is I got talked into dying my hair & also allowing her to do my individuals. At the end of all the process I had black hair with caramel brown roots because she put the incorrect hair dye!!!!!!!! Like what the hell! what kind of salon is this? #2 She did my hair extensions I have extremely thick hair so I obviously needed a full head... She added my hair extensions that didn't blend in with the shorter part of my hair. I finally went back to tell her to give me my money back for there terrible experience and the girl Enerayda & her boss with blonde hair had a nasty attitude! She was extremely rude when I told her I wanted my extensions off & my money back..to resolve it she gave me half my money back but even then she damaged my hair I walked out loosing money because she didn't want to give me the full amount back. Then I told her I would not leave until I get the correct amount back & she opened the cash register & said here is 20 dollar on the house have a great day ..After I told her I would report her to the better business bureau & give her a bad review on yelp. Girls PLEASE DONT COME HERE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL & THE GIRLS WAS RUDE & SNOBBY!!!!
