> I found Micro Trends through HPs' website. Our Printer was giving an error message. They looked at it and gave me a price for replacing Fusing assembly. I approved it. The printer was ready next day cleaned also. The printer works like a charm again.Good to be able to talk with people who know their stuff and honest. At Geek squad I had some repairs done. Everytime you see a new kid on the block and they don't  even know half the time the problem.I would recommend you try these folks. They are courteous too. They brought the printer to my car without even asking.Chris
