> This has so far been the worst experience of banking I have experienced.  My uncle recently died and I am one of 13 beneficiaries.  We have been mailed incorrect paperwork, wrong addresses, phone numbers, paperwork sent to wrong beneficiary etc, but the most concerning is sending my paperwork with personal info, my social security number to the wrong address never to be seen again,  reported to branch manager & he was totally unconcerned about idenity theft.
