He has proven himself warm and kind hearted throughout all of the years he has provided care for my family. He is extremely knowledgeable and we are more than happy to call him our doctor. The communication between dr, nurses,receptionists, and patients is horrible. The nurse's station NEVER answers their calls. The front desk receptionist (specifically the heavier set blonde) is extremely rude, & unreceptive of the patient's issues. Several scheduling conflicts & miscommunication, waste of time and money.I had to rescheduled . Also,If you don't know how to do something, do not assume and do it. The girl who administered my niece's shots doesn't know how give shots (skinny pale Japanese one). She also didn't know what shots were scheduled for her visit. I will becoming an RN soon, so I know she didn't know what she was doing. The room we were assigned to was NOT clean!! The bed sheet were used from the previous patient!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-28-07"}]}
