My uncle was visiting America and he wanted a pair of shoes for my aunt. Because we couldn't find it in Cabazon, I decided to place a phone order with Nike.com. I was happy when I heard that the Petaluma store accepted phone orders and they did overnight delivery. I told Nike that I was on a tight timeline and that he was leaving over the weekend in 4 days. She transferred me to the Petaluma store and told me that they did overnight shipping, and they told me to expect it between 8-12 am. Last time I checked, over night means over night.Not only did we not get the shoes overnight, I received an earful from the representatives, let's call them S&amp;M, because dealing with them felt like it.S told me that because of business days, it would be arriving on Monday. Well, great, why didn't you tell me yesterday?? He also told me that it was my fault that it happened like this, and told me to call back to the manager. So then I talk to the manager, M, and he also tells me that they did not receive a timeline, when I did talk to Kim the representative over the phone specifically that she had 4 days.We didn't have the best of luck because it's mother's day weekend, but to not only have a representative lie about the customer who SPECIFIED the time, and also to omit extremely important information then blame the customer? That's a first.And I hope it'll be a last.No refund, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, plenty of take your money and information and run store. Good if you like headaches, save a trip if you want competent people who care about their customers.","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-09-05"}]}
