Believe it or not - a true story: A couple of years ago, my wife started going into early labor and we were needing to get packed up to go to the Hospital... AND our garage door derailed... Of all times!  (May have something to do with that broomstick that I had left there that fell into one of the runners...).    We called Armando at A & S Garage Door Company right away.  And he had the door completely fixed within hours. Needless to say, we were very relieved to head off to the hospital with the in-laws being able to get in and out without any problems when they came into town.  (We definitely appreciate the prior recommendation of installing the low cost but effective exterior remote key pad opener.
