The quality of every interaction means that stress and worry are lessened considerably allowing family to focus on what's important - quality medical care in the comfort of my own home.  The customer service and professionalism is unparalleled compared to hospital setting. There were no small or big question to ask. Eunice RN was there 24/7 for me and my husband. How often do you come away from every interaction with a company or organization feeling better and touched by a friendly, understanding, professional and very knowledgeable person?
