In order to sell a home it should be an agreement between the two parties; however, knowing the 2nd party never did give her consent to sell the house yet, only the company knows how they were capable of pulling this stunt off and putting the house in escrow. I would not recommend this co. at all, unless you have no standards and morals, are a complete slime ball and enjoy being sued cause that will be are next STEP!!!!!!!!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-09-11"}]}
