In their office they have Business rules that is a model for all businesses that deal with customers. After three months, the original problem I took in for was still not fixed, and new problems arose each time I took it back from them.  Their paperwork was faulty, to include having the wrong vin and year of my car.  I took the owner to small claims court and won, but he appealed and lied his way through that and won.  I recommend staying as far from this business as possible.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-28-01"}]}
