Then they do a bait-and-switch by shipping a generic item of low quality.  Their defense is that it doesn't matter, since they consider it the same quality. I ordered an item that arrived broken. When I called their customer service I was told I could return the item at my cost!! They will not reimburse me for shipping back at all!! Then they will send me a replacement. How do I know this will work and I wont have to return at my cost again and again!! Keep away from this site there are too many other one to purchase from.
