> This businesses customer service is AWFUL!!!  I've tried setting up appointments but they DO NOT work with the customer if the time they pick is not good for them.  I showed up in their office to schedule an appointment and people are too busy playing on facebook and made me wait.  This is unacceptable customer service.  Businesses like this should get new employees and management.  Didn't relize being on Facebook was more important than serving customers.
